STRICTLY SAMBA! This is a 6-week series and the format of the class is as follows, a warm-up followed by exercises (dancing) across the floor and facing the mirror and will finish with a choreography that will be built upon over the 6-week period.
You will definitely sweat in this class so please wear comfortable clothing, Preferably nothing too loose so that you can see your body and how it is moving especially your derriere! Don't get shy on me now :) For your feet, you can dance either barefoot, or you can wear jazz shoes, ballet slippers or even tennis shoes if you prefer more support, the point is to be comfortable! You don't want anything to prevent you from becoming sambatastic! Get ready to let go and have fun and get into great shape! So let's dance!

AFRO SAMBA - ! Take a whole lot of afro and mix it with some serious samba and ..... bam! You get Serious Energy, Serious Fun and You'll Move and use every muscle in your body and mentally invigorate yourself as well!
Part I: Afro - All body isolations How to have controlled abandon. Across the floor exercises. New Music! Super high energy!
Part II: Samba/Hips etc. Lots of hip work! Lots of foot work! Hips and feet together! There will be serious hip action & movement here!
Part III: Afro Samba Choreography - Put it all together in a choreography! This will be a new choreography!!
No Partner Necessary! No muscle will be left untouched.

TROPICALEIZA BARRE is comprised of a series of 10 combination stretching routines done at a traditional ballet barre.
