
 STRICTLY SAMBA! This
is a 6-week series and the format of the class is as follows, a warm-up
followed by exercises (dancing) across the floor and facing the mirror
and will finish with a choreography that will be built upon over the 6-week period.
You will definitely sweat in this class so please wear comfortable clothing, Preferably nothing too loose so that you can see your body and how it is moving especially your derriere! Don't get shy on me now :) For
your feet, you can dance either barefoot, or you can wear jazz shoes,
ballet slippers or even tennis shoes if you prefer more support, the
point is to be comfortable! You don't want anything to prevent you from becoming sambatastic! Get ready to let go and have fun and get into great shape! So let's dance!

TROPICALEIZA BARRE is comprised of a series of 10 combination stretching routines done at a traditional ballet barre. Set to exotic drum beats, this class is perfect for focusing on the principles of core strengthening and muscle elongation. Traditional stretching gets an ethnic twist through heart pumping beats and innovative movements.
Plus you'll become an expert at using and rolling your back! It's a perfect blend of traditional dance and ethnic dance techniques that define sculpt your body.
